7. Customer Responsibilities

Before installation, the customer is responsible for:

• providing lawful access to the property and installation area;
• obtaining any owner, apartment association or building permission that may be required;
• informing us about concealed wiring, pipes, fragile surfaces or known structural concerns;
• keeping children, pets and unnecessary persons away from the active work area;
• ensuring reasonable access to balconies, windows, ducts, terraces or other relevant areas.

8. Materials, Appearance & Product Variations

Material brands, specifications, mesh appearance, wire finish, accessories, fasteners and other components may vary according to the selected option and availability.
